Most dogs I had broke themselves...but I am sure there are some that enjoy that smell. I would say the usual shock collar and exposure to skunk would be a place to start.

Buy some skunk scent spray it in his eyes and nose and mouth for a few days I mixed cayenne powder in mine I could not break a good pup he would bay them every chance he got an old man told me to do this as a last resort. It works painfull but works
catch one in a live trap let him find it and tickle him with the ol shock collar be aways off,,good luck lol

youll get use to the smell, just dont give up.lol
I was lucky and saw my dog sprint after a skunk so the lesson was immediate and done the first time he tried to race. I didn't give warning shocks or try to discourage him; I nailed him with a painful shock. Never seen him on skunk since. Of course, having said that he'll undoubtedly go chase a skunk tomorrow night. Skunks and porcupines are the two animals that I have no tolerance for.
most of my young dogs have been sprayed, but it was once and done, they didnt like the smell i dont guess, lol
