K-Light G2-Head

Anybody besides me starting to have any trouble with their K-light G2 Head. Mine will be 2 yrs old at Christmas and something has happened to it that is keeping it from going to full brightness.

Seems to be running at about 60% then all at once it will come on full brightness for just a little bit then go back to about 60%.

Anybody else seeing this, or is it just my luck, LOL!!

I had one do the same thing I called K Light and they replaced it
Havent had any trouble out of my new one and it is a year and half old
Give em a call their customer service is great It only took them 3 days and I had my new one

Thank You Sandra, You guys at Kelly K-Light have some of the best customer service in the nation and have been nothing but 1st class to me. You all should be VERY proud of that. In todays market where customer service has been thrown to the wayside, it is VERY refreshing to see that there are still some companies that treat their customers like family, and you guys are one of the best at doing just that. ive been having the same problem lately. it will work fine for a little while but then it wont go to full brightness. can turn the switch on the head till it clicks and it doesnt get any brighter.

They told me you can't keep it hooked to the battery when not in use unplug it from the battery
