Refund check

Hi,i receive a refund check of $35 from ukc,i would like to know why?i just register my dog with ukc and I send a money order of 102 since I was told the I had to pay a $20 fee because my dog was one year old plus $82 for registration.....so how much was I suppost to pay? Why did I receive this refund? I just want to make sure everything is ok with the registration.
