wats the best shocking system

its time for me to get another shocking system,which one tritronics or sportdog and why?any help is appreciated and does anybody no if the houndhunter 3225 has tone like tritonics.thanks

i had 2 tri tronics g3 and i wouldnt own another they are not reliable, and as far as the alpha its past of tri tronics so i for sure would stay away from that

SPORTDOG IS THE BEST ONE OUT THERE NOW TRI TRONICS USE TO BE BUT NOW THEY ARE NOTHING BUT JUNK HAD 2 G3 EXP AND COULDN'T SHOCK A DOG AT 150 YARD'S. BOUGHT A SPORTDOG AND THAT THING DOSE THE JOB AND COST LESS THAN TRI TRONICS.YES IT HAS A TONE BUTTON AND VIBERATE TO.JMO

A switch!! Haha naw if I had to choose I would go with a sportsdog like the ones you get a BPS I'm about to have to get me one since I don't have an electric fence to use enymore.

Garmin Alpha and it isn't even close. I'll line my Alpha up beside any other trainer being made today and I will have more range than you.

I have used both Sportdog and TriTronics in the past and the Alpha puts both to shame.

Well the next time my Garmin takes a crap on me it will be the first and I have had them since the spring of 2008.

Besides the only Sportdog system I ever owned was the Houndhunter 3200 and I was not very impressed with it. One collar quit and the range was never very good, 500 to 600 yards at best.

And you are way off on the price, collars for the Alpha are not 600$.

3200 is junk but the 3225 is the best there is.
