Hey Lovis,
You know Ole Billy Joe once told me I sell the best and keep the rest. IMO this is the best one that I have sold. But, I was smart enough to keep half! Not to mention I think Ray is having to hussle EXTRA hard to get the bill & grocery money. He told me it would be easier to sign over half of his Bright Eyes Light business.

Lol, it seems to be that way. Ray and Stud have been Smoking in the hunts. Its a good thing, you did hold on to half of him. And I'm glad I got a piece of him at the house.
