Ruger Take Down problems

WHO IS USING ONE AND HOW ACCURATE IS YOURS MY BROTHER BOUGHT ONE IT IS BAD SHOOTS ALL OVER CARRYED IT BACK TO GUN SHOP TRYED 2 MORE NEW ONES THEY WERE THE SAME

the scope is mounted on the reciver and the barrel comes off the barrell moves around not a good desighn

Thats what i was thinking or try different barrels in the same receiver ,, Same Ammo ??

Just saw a show on one of the outdoor channels about this gun ,,,,They said accuracy was unaffected by taking it apart .
