Barking dogs

Just saw a proposed dog law for our county in va ,dogs barking after 12;00 midnight and 6;30 will be fined ,what is next cows to loud , any neighber can file complaint and dog warden can stay in bed 100$, first time,200$ second time 500$ third , augusta county va what a country

I paid $180.00 fine in West Viriginia inside the Oak Hill city limits.... So don't think for a minute it won't happen because it very well can... Good Luck!!! Solution I moved just saying...

Is this just for the towns/cities within Augusta or the whole county (out in the country) too?? If it's supposed to be county wide thats just crazy!!! If that were passed than according to that law if you had a dog treed too close to an A** hole that didn't like you hunting they could get you fined.... Crazy!!!

live in country have one hound left was gonna sell him yesterday changed mine they call here dont have to give name or confront you if neighbor wants to screw you all hes got to do is keep calling pound lived here since 49 was lots of hounds now im it. called pound neighbors a ass dog hardly ever barks 2 barks he calls but he ran chain saw 3 hours other day thats different macon county, illinois

I had no idea there were laws like this out in the country! I thought I lived in a bad area with all the liberal yuppie yanks that have moved down to Albemarle Co. But as it is here, as long as you own 5 or more acres outside of city limits you could have 300 dogs that barked their heads off day and night and there is nothing that anybody can do about it. If under 5 acres the person complaining has to prove that it is nuisance barking which they classify as barking that goes on for a min of 30 min straight with no breaks for 30 seconds or more. As soon as they stop for 30 seconds the 30 min clock has to be started over. So as long as your whole kennel isn't treed you'll probably be ok. Hope that crap doesn't get passed over in Augusta! I'm sure these hippies would want to follow suit and jump on the bandwagon!! They did try to pass some bs leash law over here in the county but not sure what happened with that one....

A handful of CBs will do wonders on all those cats!! We've got a nut down road that feeds and raises feral cats and they wander around howling and spraying piss on everything. Nightvision scope & CB have thinned the herd with no complaints. LOL
