Big Hunts!!!
I am wandering why at the big hunts where the officials go on final cast like autumn oaks, and world hunt do we not see these big 1000+ and 1500+ Scores!!! And this year autumn oaks couldnt score a coon and at the world it took 3hrs to tree one!! Just Curious....

Does seem a little odd. Are coon getting that scarce?
Not of at all. When you get to that level you don't see many one or two dog casts. You get allot more split trees. Better
dogs hunt more independently. Lowers the scores.

Yeah but if the dogs are that much better shouldnt the final 4 out of hundreds of dogs tree more coons!!! Looks like each dog should have 300-400+ if they are all staying by themself. I know it uses some time up walking between trees but i am sure that they dont have to shine them trees the whole time. And i think someone said the casts seen plenty of coon just didnt tree them!! I just think if i own a dog that can score 1500+ then it should be able to tree a coon or two in a final cast!!!!! With other dogs or not!! And i am not talking about just the recent final fours either...
