when was the rule put into place about world hunt final cast

hunting in one hour intervals if no plus points after 2 hours. not a loaded question, just wondering when. thanks

It's on page 103 of the Jan. 1, 2011 official UKC rule book. That is the only Rule book I have so it could have been in an earlier one. The 2011 is the latest one and will be the rules till the breed reps.meet I think at 2013 AO, but not real sure. Thought I had read somewhere No rule changes till Jan1,2014.

I think it was put in place after the 1987 world hunt when there was not a plus point cast winner. I have heard the same story about Radar treeing a coon after daylight when he won the world in 1991.
