DC-30 collar repair

I have a DC-30 collar that want take charge, anyone know Where I can get it fixed?

Sometimes you can take them apart, disconnect the battery for a couple seconds then put it back together and it will take charge again.

prob. need new battery mine did the same changed it worked fine
