3 weeks away - have your plans???

The worker bees are well on our way to making 2013 even better than 2012!

Vendors:
If you would like to set up as a Vendor, please let me know ASAP. We will be able to accommodate some inside spaces. It will be easier if we had an approximate count.

if you or your kennel are interested in sponsoring a basket for the raffle or donating items for prizes or raffle, please let me know ASAP. We are making lists, getting items, and getting ready. We are putting final touches on our bench show prizes now and continuing to come up with ideas and getting the hunt prizes ready.

Rules:
For every ENTRY on both Friday and Saturday, you will be given a special ticket for the grill drawing. The drawing will be held before cast call-out on Saturday. If not present at time of drawing, delivery will be the winner's responsibility.

Thanks Gary, but 2012 was a learning experience and there are several areas that can be improved.

Karl, yes back in Salisbury. I think that moved really helped a lot last year and maybe it will help this year.

WE STARTED WORKING THE NEXT MORNING WITH WHAT WE COULD HAVE DONE DIFFERENT WE SOLD TICKETS AT AO TO RAISE MONEY TO BUY PRIZES WE HAVE BOUGHT THING AND COLLECTED THINGS TO USE AS PRIZSE WE WILL HAVE LOT OF DIFFERENT THINGS THIS COMING YEAR

if you see the NCCHA out at different events, please help support our fund raising. ALL of the money raised is used to improve the NC State Championship and also to help with the NC Youth Championship. Whether that is prizes, gifts, give-aways, or even flowers to give a more professional appearence. NONE of this money is squandered. This is one donation that you can be darn tooting sure that all of it goes to the cause you are supporting. No admin fees here!!! We do this because we want NC State Championship to be the BEST!!! thank you for your support.

THE LADYS ARE AT IT WORK WORK WORK

I CAME IN FROM THE SHOP AT 9:30 PM AND THEY ARE ON THE PHONE AND THE COMPUTER WORK ON LOGOS AND PRIZES AND THEY HAVE SIX MONTHS TILL THE HUNT WE ARE GOING TO NEED A 54 FOOT TRAILER TO HAUL THE PRIZES TO THE HUNT THEY WORK HARD TO MAKE IT THE BEST IN THE NATION

The folks in North Carolina should be very proud of the fine people they have working to make their event a big success. We're jealous down here in Georgia. lol. Go out and support them as you can folks. I know from experience it takes a lot of hard work to be succesful and and the North Carolina bunch is working harder than any group i have seen around the country so far. My hat is off to them.

Maybe one day soon, as we grow the Georgia Federation, we'll be able to pressure you some. Until then, keep working hard and good luck to you and the hunt.
