GraysRedbone you mean Nov 8th right?
I thought it was the 15th but I may be wrong.
I rechecked indnr website, it says the 8th. I hope so, my Dad and uncle have been opening season up there this will make 42 years Lord willing, and it will be my 13th. Hope I'm right cause I've already turned in vacation for it!!!

Thanks, hope it's good for you, too. We'll be up after church on the 11th, be dark thirty once we're there then set the camper up... we'll be there about 4 nights though. I love hunting up there plus it's alittle easier on Dad than these hills. He had a ministroke in April but doing better now. I hope he continues to go as long as he can.
.
sept. 21 here in tn. cant wait but its hard to find them so early

We camp in the nat'l forest around Freetown. I've got family there pretty close so they started going around there. For the first 20-25 years they were going up around Tell City on 64 I think.
