September 11 ..Meeting and HTX @ Big Oak Coon Club

This Tuesday, September 11 @ 7:00pm will be our monthly meeting and HTX hunt, We will be serving hotdogs and a few sides so come hungry.
A few reminders that will be brought up in the old business
A head count of those coming to the Christmas dinner
End of the year dinner

I feel it needed for some new business
Thoughts for the 2013 year
HTX
Minni Slams in February on the weeks of Walker Days
Hunts Schedule

I also think we should change the dates when we elect officers .
With the introduction of the HTX I hope start back in January and Minni Slam hunt in February I feel that new officers should be in their places the first meeting in January and ready for the upcoming years events.

Remember their is only 2 HTX hunts left for this year.
Please come out and hunt your dog or inspect, this only works with club participation ...

If your aren't a member the door is always open and you are more then welcome to attend
