Prayers for Alan Smith family (Raccoon Valley Queen)

Alan lost his battle with cancer yesterday.My thoughts and prayers go out to Vicky and the rest of his family.Alan had some super nice hounds go through his place at one time or another,Raccoon Valley Queen,Skuna River Fred,Medley's Homer,Raccoon Valley Wrangler,Raccoon Valley Sling Blade and others.He definitely put his mark on the walker breed with the pups that came from Raccoon Valley Queen.RIP My friend!

Boy I sure hate to hear this. Alan was as good of a man as I have ever met. I will always be grateful for all he did for me. He always made sure I had a fine hound on the end of my leash and would never let me pay a penny for anything. I still try to keep Raccoon Valley Queen as close as possible in our breeding program today. We will sure miss Alan and will def be praying for his family.

Alan was laid to rest on Saturday.The weather was fine until the service started then it started raining and we all got wet.I guess Alan had the last laugh.The family wanted to thank everybody for their thoughts and prayers.
