They dont know yet. Im sure they will get double the entries they already have in the next couple weeks.

Sent mine in. Called ukc to ask them about a confirmation. Said something was wrong with the computer system, confermations should be sent out in a couple of weeks.

hunted in fancy gap virginia an i hunted grch' nitech' mojo's little devil. the same dog that i hunted with u that night. he look terrible the night we hunted together but i have been to three ukc hunts an one pkc hunt scence that night an won all four cast with plus points. i guess thats just being a two year old (look crappy some an shine other nights)

I dont mean to sound stupid but is there some paper work that you must complete and send in .I received a $30.00 2012 world coonhound ch. gift certificate and also a certificate for qualifing.Can I use this gift certificate toward entry for the zones???Seems I read that you had to pre enter,is this correct??? What action should I take or will UKC notify me by mail concerning pre entry/confirmation

U should have gotten ur entry form the night of the rqe and yes u can use the $30 gift certificate i think deadline is September 1

The problem may be due to the fact that I did not go back to the club after the hunt was over,I have not picked up my win slip/trophy.Do I need to contact the host club president,master of hounds or will the certificate that UKC sent me be enuff . In order to pre enter I ,m thinking someone from UKC may need to inform me on how to handle this before it is to late ....PLEASE

James call the UKC Field Operations Dept at 269-343-9020 asap and find out what you need to do. I know you can use the gift certificate towards the entry fee, but you might have to have that form you was to get to enter. I'm not sure about that one, but they should be able to find your hound being qualified from the MOH rqe report. Good luck, and if i can find out something, i'll let you know.

James u can contact the host club they should have your entry form with your win slip. The entry slip they gave me sat says that that particular entry form or a copy of it must be sent in with your entry of 85 dollars
