Performance Sire Nomination

Sire is not performanced now has DNA proven with PKC, and i want to raise a litter of pups in November, what will i need to do to get them performanced? Female is performanced now? Can I send the 100. in to performance for 2013 and before 6 mo. can i nominate pups? for 25.00 or does male have to be nominated before or time of breeding.Thanks Randy..
