Ok, I have a question, and I hope you can help! I had a registered walker that I gave to a 'friend' if you will. Well, we've come to find out that they no longer wanted him, so instead of finding him a home, they dropped him off , well one of my hunting buddies found him, and when I saw him, I knew it was my dog, i had pics of him and its definately him. Well, my buddy wants to get him registered, so I contacted the people I originally gave him to, and they still had his puppy papers, the problem is, they spilled something on them, and ruined them, now I can read the sires name and ukc #, and his birthdate and ukc #, but the mommys ukc # is not visible, but I can read her name, so how could he get him registered?

As long as most of the information is readable, we will accept the papers. All the new owner has to do is fill out the back of the papers and send them in to us with the fee. If the dog is over a year of age, the minimum fee will be $40.00.
..
Well, most of the form is readable, but they have already been filled out, so he will need to get a affadavit won't he?

That's correct.
.
Ok, now when he fills it out, is it gonna affect it, not having the mothers ukc #, or will it be accepted without it, as long as it has her name?

As long as it has her name it should be fine, as we can get her UKC number from her name.
