need explantion

I sent an application to register an AKC reg. male I sent copy of pedigree along with copy of other register certificate. dog has littermates already registered with UKC ........ I was sent a letter about name being to long and that I needed to send 3 pictures, I filled out name changed faxed , emailed 3 pictures got confirmation email. Now I get another letter today stating that they are unable to complete i need 3 pictures.

I have a hunt test in 2 weeks I've always been a supporter of UKC , please tell me what gives ??????????????
