I bought a pair of males, will keep one and probably sell one. Very smart acting pups, nice houndy looking.. Russ was a very good man to work with, and these are some extra nice pups.. Thanks again

Randy,Horn has been bred to a few different Females,They all act that way,early starters,and lots of fire,Good luck

ken thanks, I bought a pair of females off gun, and hooch's black diamond to cross on horn. they can throw a all grand ped. when finished..i hope that will be a good cross. thanks

Bubba Gump

Ken Bubba did a nice job tonite. Just an unlucky nite none shot out but great for training. In the course of the nite we had some real long runs. We made two trees in a big pine forest it was just too thick in the pines all grew together couldnt get an eye. Then we had two dens one in a cherry, one a big sugar maple. These first two pics were the cherry tree den I could see the tip of the coons tail thru the top of hole. Bubba treed real hard with Blu on this one. The coon were using the small tree that grew into the den tree.

Here is Bubba treeing on a smaller tree that went up and over to the maple den tree, I tied Bluspeck back and let Bub tree.

Some good things tonite...Bubba got a first strike, he opens the minute he smells coon, didnt bother any deer we saw, and getting stronger on the tree. Nice Bawl on track and steady hard chop on tree. He is probably one of the most advanced 7 mos olds I have started. Of course a long ways to go but doing a real nice job for me Ken.

Your going to miss him

when I pick him up,I know he grows on you,I have had a lot of calls,people wanting to buy him,but he is not for sale,we have many pups on the ground now that will give someone a chance to to to the woods,We may consider selling his sister Lacey,not sure yet,thanks Doug we will call you this week

He's a keeper! Blu needed the backup last nite, pushed him six nites in a row this week even he is starting to show a bit tired I will give him tonite off my daughter is driving up fron Norfolk Navy Base today. Coon are movin early and lots of long runs and dens. Several bowhunters say they are seeing them down before dark. I will see you next Friday!
