Boykin Spaniel Registration

I purchased a Boykin from a breeder and would like to register her with the UKC. She is BSS registered but the breeder in an attempt to make me compete in BSS trials limited her and wont remove it until I do. If I register her with the UKC will she be listed as limited or will I have full breeding rights?

You can apply for full registration with us, but we would need 3 color photographs of the dog. 1 from each side & 1 from the front, all with the dog in a standing position. This will be looked at on a case-by-case basis.
