Puppy paper question

I have a female that i got from a guy here in oklahoma.. I have been waiting on her papers since april.. I now cant get ahold of him.. is there anyway i can give you his name and see whats going on with my papers.. I got a story about a mix up with the dams registration numbers...

You can give me the Dam's name, the owner's name & the State they live in and the birthdate of the litter and I can check for you.

The dam is supose to be coopers jasmine or lilly i cant remember the sire is supose to hlx hooch's tramp.. Birth date was supose to be feb 3 or 4th.. Joseph cooper is the breeder hes in westville ok..

It appears we're holding the application due to a problem. I cannot tell you what the problem is. We sent the breeder a letter last month. Once the problem has been cleared up we will be able to register the litter.

He has fallen off the face of the earth... i have been trying everything i can to get ahold of him.. is there anyting i can do to help

Unfortunately no. Until he corrects the problem we cannot register the litter.

I'm not allowed to give them to anyone other than the registered owners, and I cannot do that via this forum.

The litter has been registered with us and the papers were mailed out from here on the 10th.
