Aftermarket Antenna(Garmin)

Whats the best Aftermarket antenna for the garmin 220`s. I understand some of them Loose and drop signal`s Regularly? Is this True? An what kinda Boost In Distance are ya`ll gettin over the factory Antenna?? Thanks RBP

not much boost in distance....and the rougher the terrain u hunt the more u lose signal.if you hunt in the mountais bout a mile mile and a half is all they will pick up.kinda disapointed

My 220 got the exact same with the stock antenna as an aftermarket 18 inch antenna.

The aftermarket came on a buddies 320 and wth his dc-40 he gets over 10 miles.
