Nice looking pups.....How did your Clean pups turn out for ya?

I kept two of the Clean pups. Both hunted hard, seem to be decent track dogs and each treed some coons for me but neither one made enough trees to suit me. I sold both to a guy from Ashland, Ky. Hopefully they turned out for him but I never heard back. He knew up front what I didn't like about them.
My Jessie bitch was a solid coondog but I bred her twice, once to Hardwood Henry and once to Clean and didn't like any of them. I just don't think she was much of a reproducer.

You're right. It might have been my fault or maybe those two crosses just didn't click but you can be darned sure I wasn't about to explore it any further!

Hopefully this cross on Kate will turn out. High hopes as always.
