dogtra ys500 question

bought new one been on charger 20 hrs shouldnt lite turn green i think something wrong my dogtra 300 turns green anyone know think i will send back. new one has red lite on but has never changed

My 500 don't have a green light.

Light dont turn green or go off when it's charged.. Great collar though!
