the scotus decision today seems to show that the fallen nature of man is likely to show itself when one good man is working with several fallen men. justice roberts was, by all accounts, a conservative justice and was appointed by a so called conservative. yet he voted with the liberals. there is no other explanation for his failuse to vote conservative. he is a great disappointment. all of this goes to tell us that we must vote more conservative senators into office so that this piece of garbage ruling can be overturned.

Mr.p.. you can't be a friend to America and believe in the white house as it is now. there needs to be some public hanging in washington dc, but since it would be deemed harsh in the liberal eye, we'll just pray for removal of the pest in november.

Im wondering what happend to the constitution?

It would seem to me the only way the supreme court could rule in favor was to call it a tax.....The scariest part of this is it pretty much allows the federal government to tax anything from now on....?

Are any of em old enough to be close to kicking the bucket? What we need is a couple southern and Midwestern rednecks on that supreme court!!!! I mean crap! I see that uprising coming quicker than I though. Good folks just can't sit back and let the government control everything.

Who decided which way? Seems like 9 people that supposedly know and uphold the Constitution would occasssionally come up in total agreement. Especially on such a clear cut case.I guess it is a majority in there now that can't interpret it. Or just refuse to uphold it.

We need our own supreme court in the south. You have to be born an raised here and coon hunted atleast a few times before to be on it.

I think Roberts did it on purpose to help get Romney elected. Today 2 million dollars was made by his election commitee. If he gets president job he will get to appoint at least two judges.

congress already had the power to tax anything they want if they have enough votes.

this bill was put into to place by the people america voted into office.

you dont like it get out and vote for people who will repeal it. dont expect the supreme court to do your job.

Our medical system is bankrupting our country.

Obama care is not the answer.

The only answere is to drasticly change the way the system works.....This is NOT easy.

People better get used to not having insurance and not seeing a doctor.

That's what this bill was designed to do.

Is it unconstitutional? Why yes it is. That's what the supreme court found when they ruled. Congress can not do this under the Commerce Clause because that would be unconstitutional.

One weasel then decided that he would rewrite the law, legislate from the bench and call it a tax. If it were a tax instead of a penalty then it could be ruled constitutional and that's what they did. The Oprama administration STILL refuses to call it a tax because that's the only way they got it passed, by lying and saying they weren't raising taxes.

So you have a supposed Supreme Court Chief Justice that is such a wimp that he has admitted to changing the law and legislating from the bench because he was afraid of a threat by the President and how the liberal mainstream media would portray the court.

That's it in a nutshell.

Now even the physicians that supported this bill have said that nobody will get to keep their insurance, because the penaltys are cheaper than insurance prices. Everyone will be forced into gubment healthcare and physicians will be forced into either quitting or tolerating STEEP cuts in reimbursement in exchange for high volume. This means less time for each patient.
