Ot Eagle Diesel

Has anyone on here received or heard any information on "Eagle Diesel"? It's suppose to be a new product that will replace both Diesel and gasoline. I've been looking for info. but can't find anything. Reason I ask I got a letter offering stock in a company that is suppose to be developing it. I threw the info. away, but been wondering if something is being developed. Most "discoveries" like this are a farce, I believe someone will discover a substitute for petroleum .I hope sooner then later.
