hi i just purchase a new dog i lost her reg before sending them in what should i do i remember her reg name andt her number i remember her owners name and address but his number no longer in service

The only way you can get another set of papers is for the current registered owner of the dog to apply for duplicate papers by filling out a duplicate application.
