Question on Registeration

I have a bluetick female that an older guy in our community gave me. She is four years old and all I have is pup papers. He never sent them in. He did fill out the back of them. Can I still register this female? If so how do I go about it.

Call UKC and talk to them about it. They will get your papers straightened out.
