Rules Question

Where is it in the rule book / on back of scorecard which says the rule about recuting if there's another dog treed but dogs still out competing for strike?

under 11. Handlers and judges:

....until tree is scored, then he must be turned loose with other dogs that are opening on trail and will receive....However, if dog[s] are already treed handlers have the option to release dog[s] so long as at least one dog is still out trailing.
