Coonhunters in Coastal Delaware??

We are staying in Rehoboth Beach for the week. I wondered if there was any coonhunting in the area. I would like to see what hunting is like in this area??

There is a club in Laural DE not to far from Rehoboth. I know several people in the club and have hunted there quite a few times. The coon population isn't the greatest. Most casts are lucky to tree 1 coon. There are lots of chicken farms and the farmers and trappers kill most of the coon around the farms.

The land is mostly flat big open fields with small patches of woods bordering the fields. Depending on the time of the year it's usually pretty wet conditions because the land is so flat

Unfortunately the training season is closed in Sussex county and not many are going to risk a big fine if they get caught running their dogs..
