Just wanted to wish all true Bluetick hunters out there good luck this year in the hunts and pleasure hunting.
I love the Bluetick hound win,lose , or draw and support them not matter what strain you hunt.If you don't feel this way then go to another breed. We don't need you anyway.JMO

I see these posts on here wanting to know how to improve the blue breed. I couldn't of asked for a better hunt tonight with a 26 month old. Two nice open trails and a stay put dog with two coon looking down at me. How can you improve perfection.

HI Darren,

I read all this crap on here and usually don't say a whole lot,
but you said exactly what I think, go hunt another breed if
you don't like how your bluetick operates!! They'll probably
be back to blues after awhile. I'm proud and excited of what
I've been seeing lately, especially in the reproducing department.
I think we have some great up and coming young studs and
the different lines seem to be really crossing well on to one
another. My area used to be mostly Walkers, but that has really
changed alot. One thing I've noticed is the more blueticks we
get around here the harder it is to win casts. I've been hunting
blueticks for 20 years now and I'm hoping for 20 more!!!!

AMEN to that!!!!!I've been with these blueticks for about 16yrs.The first dog I ever bought was a Bluetick from GrNtChPR Cedar Hill Ranger.He made me a bluetick man.They were hard to come by in my area for a long time.I sure took alot of ribbing for hunting these blueticks, but when I beat them, I made sure that Crow was hard to swallow.I did change one time, but not for long!
