cocker spaniel registration

I was looking through registration information. It says UKC will take a dog that sire and dam are registered with an organization that is recognized by UKC. I can not find that information to see if the organizations are accepted and acknowledged by UKC. Where should I look for that info. or does anyone know?

Please tell me the breed and the registry where your dog is registered.
