Question about registering puppies.

I have a Treeing Walker female that just had puppies. She is registered in my name and another guys name. The way it is listed on the papers is my name or this other persons name. My question is this other person just got barred from UKC. Can I still register the puppies or do I need to get this dog registered in my name only before I can register the puppies. Thanks in advance.
