How is your Lewey pup doing? Mine is having a hard time with this dry hot weather. It rained a little late last night hopefully Things will change.

God Bless,
Troy

She's doing all right. I got her set back the other night when her and her mama treed a coon right next to an electric fence. I mean the tree was right by it.

Mama was shocked several times before I got there and just kept treeing; daughter backed up some after getting bit.

It slowed her treeing up a little, but I think she'll come back.

I have heard of this happening so many times it is almost unreal. Sure hope she makes a full recovery

John

I sent you a P.M.. I'd bet money that pup will get over it fairly quick.

I think she will. She isn't the faint-hearted type.

I hated it, but it was kind of funny to hear her mother tree, squall out when she bumped the fence, and then go back to treeing. The old hussy probably got shocked half a dozen times. The pup only got bit about twice, from the sounds of it. I got there as quick as I could, but not quick enough, I guess.

No, Amos is a littermate to the Max dog I bred Jewel to.
