Transfer of Ownership

Hello,

I am certain that I have overlooked something very obvious, but I don't seem to figure out how to transfer ownership on a dog. Please help!

Thanks for the question.

You should have received a Registration Certificate with a bill of sale on the back. That's the paper you sent to UKC to register the dog in your name. Please make sure it's complete. The miniimum fee to transfer a dog is $16 and other options may be available to you if you want them, like a six or seven generation pedigree, or the binder to keep your beautiful papers.
