Driving Detroit to Laramie, Wy - room for dog

I'm leaving tomorrow around noon, and driving from near Detroit Mi, straight out I-80 to Laramie, Wy - arriving late Fri afternoon. I will be returning the same route, leaving late Sunday night, and arriving Detroit by dawn Tues morning.
