when do they mail them out.

When they mail them out and when you receive them are 2 different things. LOL

They usually mail them around the 25th of each month.

still have not gotten sept

We haven't got one since May. I called last week and asked about it, our meberships good through this November. Seems we aren't even in their system, they don't have either of us listed as even owning a registered hound, funny I have the papers with my name on it to prove it! They were going to look into it and call back the next day, haven't heard anything. guess I better call back... wonder if that means they also lost the points on our dogs?
