Question on papers?

I went and picked up papers and a dog in south missouri.. The papers were signed and never sent in and on the front it says void after 4-12-2003.. What do i need to do to get this dog put in my name and get rid of the void?? thanks.. matt

Also on the title everybody that signed it all signed in the wrong spot.. I was just wondering since the registration is all messed up does this matter or what else do i need to do.. I got the application you are talking about on an application to re astablish reg. thanks for the help and i am ready to send papers in as soon as i know what to do about this title that is signed wrong.. thanks..matt

The altered Registration Certificate is just another reason why you need this form. Be sure to send both together.
