finding a Breeder

I lost the phone number of the breeder I purchased my Jack Russell from, I have him registered with the United Kennel Club. His registered number is P294-201, Buster Brown. The Dam's number is P262-978 and the owner's name is Ron Novak, I would like to contact him due to the fact I have received a large amount of compliments regarding my jack. I have several friends who would like to purchase a Jack, but they want to go to the breeder I used.
