Standard for the Parti Poodles

Recently the Parti Poodles became a UKC registered breed. There have been a lot of questions on my list as to how to go about registering and into what catagory.

I understand the three catagories will be Parti, Mismark and Phantom. Will all three of these catagories be eligible to show in confirmation classes.
