registering my dog

I've printed out the registration application and have everything filled out and ready to go, but it doesn't say anything about how to pay for registration on the application. Do I need to send a check or will I get billed after he's registered if he's accepted? I'd really like to get him registered with UKC soon, so any help will be appreciated.
