Never Received Papers

I sent in the papers on a couple of pups at least a couple of months ago, and neither I nor my partner on the pups have received them yet. I got the papers back on a couple of other dogs I sent in at the same time, but nothing on these two.

We were registering them in my partner's name I'm pretty sure. He moved after I sent the papers off, so that might be the problem.

The pups' UKC numbers are W241,208 and W241,211. They are out of Russ' Treein Blu Bum and Lawrence's Blue Dixie. They will either be registered to me or to Justin Coffel.

If you can find out what happened to them, I would appreciate it.

If you locate them, would you please mail them to me at: Rt. 1 Box 1167, Myrtle, MO 65778.

Thanks,
Jerrod Lawrence

The papers were processed and mailed out to you on March 6th. If you did not receive them, you and the co-owner will need to fill out and sign one of our duplicate applications for each dog. Be sure to indicate you did not receive the original papers and that they were lost in the mail. Send the applications in but do not send any fee. Be advised we will only send you duplicate papers at no cost to you if we send the duplicate papers to the same address we sent the original papers to.

Thanks for getting back to me on this. Where do I get a duplicate application at?

Thanks,
Jerrod

You can print it off our website, or you can send me a PM with your name & complete mailing address and the fact that you need a duplicate application and I can mail you the form.
