Question about spaded dogs

Do they still hunt the same, or do they lose a little of there hunting ability, like get lazy. I never seen one or done it before so I don't know.

Spayed dogs

I have had in the past spayed females and i have never seen them any different before or after spaying.Just another myth .The same with castrated males ,if anything the they are more hunt minded not out trying to out piss each other.

I spayed a bird dog years ago and she never missed a beat. Stayed fit and in shape till the day she died.

I've found several that had a histerectomy and several that have not. I find they all get fat and lazy when they think they have it made. Keep them on their toes is my Motto and Never, Never quit hunting extra. Or they will get Fat . LOL

Had to have my best coondog spayed and she still hunts as hard as she ever did. Best thing you never lose that month of hunting again!!!!
