registration puppy's

Hi i want to register my litter but dont want permanent registration ,i only want to give the buyers a temporary pedigree paper and they can ask there permanent registration themselves . I wanted to download the papers but i see its only for permanent registration ? Is there another possibility ? thanx

The litter application is not only for permanent registration. If you do not want to do any permanent registrations, just leave those sections of the litter application blank.
