Freezing Semen

Part one Exam right after Collection which was Very Sperm Rich and was 2.5 ML

Close to 800 million sperm per ML in the First Video

This was the 2nd Exam after adding a 1:1 ratio of Part A Freezing Extender

This will Delute the Sperm content to around 400 Million per Ml .. 5 Ml at this Point

The Semen is in the Refrig right now for 1 hour .. Then Part B of the Freeze Extender will be Added and I'l show a Video of the Mortality and Movement of the Semen at 34^ Chilled

You can Just Copy the Link "Don't know about EMailing Videos" that Would be a Large Attachment for My Poor Little Hughes Net .. Heck it took me Nearly 20 min to up load thos 15-20 second Videos !!!

I already froze 6 Pellets and I filled 11 Straws off that one Collection But he was a 95# male with Lg. Testicles !! I had 8ml of Strong Finished Extended Semen

Well All Frozen Up and Thaw Tested 1 Straw with a Good 90% Recovery (Plus my Slide wasn't Warm enough so I shocked them abit) ..

I Have some Short Videos of the Thaw and Test but YouTube is acting Up ...
