CB Mailing

The new mailing system that we have put in place is set up to ensure all subscribers receive their magazine at pretty much the same time every month, rather than some people receiving them early and others receiving them very late. Because of this, the magazines will generally be showing up between the first two weeks of each month. If you have not received your copy by May 11, call the Magazine Department or email subscriptions@ukcdogs.com and we'll be happy to look into it for you. Thanks!

used to get it on or around the 25th of each month. lately it has been a waiting game like mentioned above. i liked getting it on the 25th

I would always get all 3 together or within a day or so of each other and that being the 23rd thru the 25 th of the previous. Month! Last 3 months it has gone to hell and no I haven't got it yet this month!!!!!

Thats the reason I didnt renew my magazine. Not a very good process they have in place now. But its about like everything else at UKC lately, very slow, takes forever to get papers back and so on. They need to hire more help or get their act together.

As mentioned above, the new mail system is a more reliable, condensed mailing system. This was put into place to make sure everyone receives their magazines in a timely manner at the same time of each month, rather than some people needing to wait almost 6 weeks to receive their magazines while others were receiving it within a few days from leaving the printer. Because of the nature of the mailing system, magazines will be arriving usually within the first week of each month (the first week of May for the May issue), sometimes into the second week. They will almost never show up before the beginning of the month as a result of the way the new mail system works.

As far as worrying about the issues reaching subscribers before Bluetick Days, all issues should be delivered no later than May 11, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks for the reply! That is my dog. We haven't gotten our magazine yet to get to enjoy it. Ranger will be at Bluetick Days along with some pups that are 8 weeks old as well.

havent got mine yet . I use to get it the last week of the month , its nice to know it gets here before the end of the month and not half way threw the next . there was nothing wrong with the delivery before you changed it

Chill out guys you act like your pay check comes with the magazine. I dont mind it coming a week or two after the cooner and prohound about the time i get through them i got another one to read its kinda nice spaced out.

In a couple weeks after I have read it, I am waiting for the next one. As long as it comes at a regular time, I really don't care. When I was getting it a week early, by the 10th of the month, I was ready to get another one. lol

Got mine on the first, no problem .
I'm finding my biggest catch anymore is I breeze thru it and I'm done . Not because I don't like it but because in this day & age I usually already know all I need to know a month before I get it by way of computer and smart phone. Not like the old days when you needed a mag to see what was for sale or going to happen. Time a mag arrives dogs and pups are gone and events already planned.
