Status?

Has there been any decision on what's going on with my dog's paper status?
DNA excluded his sire back in January. I was told the deadline was March 9 for a decision to be made. I still haven't heard anything. Only thing I have heard was that the sire that was excluded, there were issues with his DNA back around 2006-2007? (Xjr's Silver Dollar Cracker)

Also before all this happened I bred a female. Was wondering what the status of the puppy papers are the pups are now 3 months old. Was told they would still be performance eligable, I've got people who bought pups wanting to get them permenatly nominated before they are 6 months old.
