I noticed that the Top 10 was tabulated yesterday. Can you please check on his wins again? He should have 1 win towards Grand now.

He got his 1st win towards Grand at a RQE held on April 14.

Also, if his RQE win has been entered, can you see if the certificate has been mailed yet?
