sex change

I'm not sure if I screwed up (go ahead and blame me ) or what happened, but one of the litter applications that I received today was for a female, and it needed to be for a male. Do I return that particular application and keep the rest? Or do I have to return the whole bunch for the whole litter? Also, what type of fee is involved if any?

Return just that one paper to us along with a note stating you need the sex of the dog changed. The fee will be $10.00. Send it to the attention of the Corrections Department.
