Anyone had problems with Garmin charging?

I have a DC-30 collar that will not charge. The blue light on the collar does not come on. I have cleaned the connectors and nothing. Anyone else had this problem? B/t/W I tried with three different chargers. They were all good.

I have had this problem I cleaned and even took sandpaper to the contacts. I called Garmin and they said it could be cause I put them up wet and left them in the tool box and it was cold outside so what I did is I put them on the vent with the heat and it started working again. Then it stooped a few weeks later so I had to use the car charger to get it back going and now it works flswlesss

My brother in law had this problem. He removed the battery from the collar then reinserted it and it fixed it.

One of my DC40 collars did the same thing. garmin sent me a new battery and I changed it, but that still didnt fix the problem. wound up being the transmitter itself. had to send it back to garmin

I've had the same problem

I went to Home Depot and purchased 3 different colored rolls of electrical tape.Red(which is my females),blue(which is my males)and white(my extra).Whenever I'm done charging,I wrap the appropriately colored tape to the right collar.Seems to work well for me and also is easy knowin what collar goes on which dog.

This worked for me also. Another time I plugged in to the car charger and it started working.

Some will tell me it is all wrong

I run just enough water on the collar to rinse junk away from the charging area and then plug the charger to it still damp. It seems like the moisture helps make contact. I have been doing this over a year and have not had any problems.
